We ask for a 100% prepayment at the moment of booking for any chosen tour.

We are glad to offer 5 EURO off any tour for children 7-18 y.o. and students with an ISIC card. Children under 7 y.o. travel for free.

Choose a tour you like on our website, click “book now” button, go to the cart and submit the booking form. After that you will receive an automated confirmation of the booking. We will send you the voucher that contains all the required information within 2-3 working days.

In order to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us at info@st-petersburg-tours.ru. We understand that your plans may change and will refund your prepayment in full in case you cancel your tour at least 24 hours prior to its start.

In case you decide to cancel your tour we will be able to reimburse you the amount you paid in Rubles (all transactions in Russia are settled in Rubles). Due to exchange rate fluctuations it may differ from the tour cost indicated in US dollars. No transaction fee is taken on our side. Debit cards are accepted as well.

We offer a great variety of tours in St. Petersburg and Moscow - you can find all of them on our website. If you are not sure which tour to choose, just contact us, we are always glad to help you to find a tour that is a perfect match for you!

If you choose a private tour, we can always adjust it according to your wishes. We can change the meeting time, add or exclude some sights - any modification is possible! Just contact us, we are always here to help.

We recommend to book a tour at least 2-3 days prior to its start. If you book in less than 2 days prior to the tour start, please contact us before submitting the booking form, so we can make sure that the tour you’ve chosen is available.

You are welcome to pay by Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express. The amount for the tour will be charged in Rubles according to the exchange rate of our Central Bank on the day of payment.

We use only air-conditioned, non-smoking, western cars, minivans and buses (mostly Mercedes or VW). All of our drivers are friendly and professional. Each has a great experience working with cruise passengers.

We care about your safety and follow all the official recommendations. During the tour you will be provided with the single use face masks and gloves, also a sanitizer will be at your disposal. Our guides and drivers also use the personal protective equipment and we clean and sanitize our vehicles on regular basis.
