Personal data consent
Effective 11 September 2026
This consent is given to LLC “TJ Travel” (OGRN 1079847103973, INN 7842372612, Kruzenshterna ave. 18, bldg. 1, unit 47n, St Petersburg 199225, Russia — the Operator) freely, by your own will and in your own interest, under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
1. Who gives it
Consent is given by the customer who submits a booking on the Site or through any other channel. If the booking covers other travellers, the customer confirms they are authorised by those travellers to pass on their personal data, and will provide proof of that authority on request.
2. What data is processed
Full name; date of birth; nationality; identity document details, only to the extent a service requires the tourist to be identified; phone number; email address; group composition, dates and content of the tour booked.
Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.
3. Purposes
- entering into and performing the tour services contract, including booking, arranging admission tickets and transport;
- contacting the customer about the booking;
- handling enquiries and complaints;
- meeting the Operator’s obligations under Russian law, including responding to lawful requests from state authorities.
Consent to marketing and newsletter messages is given separately and is not implied by this document. Delivery of the services does not depend on it.
4. Operations and method
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
Data is processed in the Russian Federation. The Operator carries out no cross-border transfer of personal data.
5. Who may receive the data
The Operator entrusts data, only to the extent needed to run your specific tour, to attested guides, transport providers and museums for admission tickets. Each arrangement is governed by a contract meeting the requirements of Art. 6(3) of Law No. 152-FZ. No one else receives the data, except where the law expressly requires it.
6. How long the consent lasts
For the term of the contract and three years after it is performed. Accounting records are kept for five years as the law requires.
7. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@st-petersburg-tours.ru or by post to the Operator’s address. A traveller named in a booking may withdraw consent for their own data themselves.
On receiving a withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within thirty days, unless another lawful ground to hold it remains. Withdrawing consent before the tour may make performance impossible; the contract is then terminated under Article 32 of the Russian Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
8. Your confirmations
You confirm that the data you provide is accurate, that the rights of a data subject under Chapter 3 of Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to you and are clear, and that the procedure and consequences of withdrawing consent have been explained to you and are clear.
The full processing terms are set out in the Privacy policy.
