Payment and refunds

All prices on the website are stated in roubles. Settlements in the Russian Federation are made in roubles under Article 317 of the Russian Civil Code.

How to pay

A card issued by a Russian bank, including Mir — online at the time of booking.
SBP instant payment — by QR code or a link we send once your booking is confirmed.
Cash on the day, to your guide before the tour starts.
Bank transfer against an invoice — for school, corporate and agency groups.
Visa and Mastercard, and other methods — on request; ask about availability when booking.

Online payments are processed on the acquiring bank’s secure page. We never receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVC2/CVV2 code. The connection is protected by TLS encryption and payment handling meets the PCI DSS standard. If your card is enrolled in 3-D Secure, your bank will ask you to confirm the payment.

After payment we send you an electronic fiscal receipt by email or SMS, as Article 1.2 of Federal Law No. 54-FZ requires.

Cancellations and refunds

Your right to withdraw from the contract is set out in Article 32 of Russian Law No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 782 of the Civil Code.

You may cancel at any time, paying the costs we have actually incurred. These include, in particular, non-refundable museum admission tickets and transport deposits.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start and we refund the full amount, unless non-refundable tickets have already been bought. We will tell you before booking if that applies to your tour.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the start and we refund the amount paid less the costs we have actually incurred, which we document for you.
If the service was deficient, you may require the defects to be remedied free of charge, the price to be reduced accordingly, or your own costs of remedying them to be reimbursed (Article 29 of the same Law).
Claims about defects are accepted for two years from the date the service was accepted.

Send refund requests to info@st-petersburg-tours.ru. Refunds are issued by the same method you paid by, within ten days of your request (Article 31). How quickly the money reaches your account depends on your bank.
