A private tour can usually be adjusted in timing, duration, sights and pace. Tell us what you would like in your enquiry so we can confirm what is possible and quote the price.

You can pay with a Russian-issued bank card, including Mir, by SBP instant payment, in cash to the accompanying representative before the tour, or by bank transfer against an invoice for school, corporate and agency groups. Ask when booking whether Visa, Mastercard or another method is available. All settlements are in roubles.

Payment arrangements depend on the programme and method selected. If non-refundable tickets or a transport deposit are required, we will tell you before booking.

Email info@st-petersburg-tours.ru. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, we refund the full amount unless non-refundable tickets have already been paid for. For a later cancellation, we refund the amount paid less our documented costs actually incurred.

We issue the refund by the same method used for payment within ten days of receiving your request. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

Yes. The first tour is charged at full price, and every second and subsequent tour in the same booking receives a 5% discount. It cannot be combined with other offers; your confirmation will state which discounts apply.

Yes. We prepare programmes for school, student, corporate and agency groups. Send us your dates, group details and programme preferences for a quote.
